Rogers has a board on which light-bulb sockets of different sizes are attached. He matches light bulbs to the correct socket. He shows his controls for the traffic light and replaces a burned-out bulb. He makes "stop" and "go" signs. In the NOM, Officer Clemmons is guarding the castle to maintain quiet during King Friday's nap. Lady Elaine won't be quiet and invites Officer Clemmons to the Museum-go-round to sing. After his song, Lady Elaine wants quiet so they can bird-watch. Two boys, Josh Van Buskirk and Walter Schrading, visit Rogers to talk about bird-watching.
