Rogers makes a hanging tool bench for his tools. He talks about how his father became angry when Rogers, as a boy, would borrow his tools and not return them. Joe Negri brings to Rogers' house a musical instrument he created out of junk.
In the NOM, Corny can't find his hammer. Lady Elaine is using his hammer at the Museum-Go-Round. Corny becomes angry at Lady Elaine for borrowing the hammer without asking to use it. Back with Rogers, he visits Joe Negri's Music Shop to return the instrument and sees many more instruments made out of recycled materials.
