Rogers explains how a projector works. He makes shadow figures on the screen. The Southminister Bell Ringers perform at Joe Negri's shop. In the NOM, Henrietta rings her bell while Joey Hollingsworth dances. X comes out to see what is happening. He complains that Henrietta's bell is disturbing the whole neighborhood. X visits Corny, Queen Sara, Lady Aberlin, and Elsie Jean, trying to convince them that Henrietta's bell is a nuisance, as well as the cause of Ana's and Prince Tuesday's crying. No one agrees with him. Lady Aberlin asks X why he is upset about the bell. X won't agree that he is upset. Rogers talks about how X has been projecting his feelings.
