Rogers makes designs on a felt board. He goes to Negri's Music Shop. Joe Negri has a new accordion that Rogers tries. With Rogers on the accordion and Joe on the guitar, they play together. In the NOM, Handyman Negri delivers the accordion that Lady Elaine ordered. She plays very well. Lady Elaine goes to Someplace Else to show off. After she is introduced to Harriet, Harriet tells Lady Elaine that she admires her accordion playing and the she wants to see the Museum-go-round. Harriet announces she is a "museum cow." Back with Rogers, he and Joey play so Mr. McFeely can practice his tap dance for the variety show. Rogers buys the accordion. Mrs. McFeely stops by Rogers' house to ask him to play for her so she can practice her tap dance. Songs: Won't You Be My Neighbor?, Good Feeling.
