Rogers shows pictures that depict songs. During a visit to Clemmons' studio, he meets Morrie Turner, who is drawing a picture of François. Morrie Turner shows the characters of the people in the neighborhood he has done. He demonstrates how a cartoon is drawn and how ideas become a cartoon. Rogers writes and draws a book.
