Chef Brockett stops by to make peach pudding for the Peace Party and sings "I'm a Chef." With the help of Mister Rogers, Chef Brockett makes the peach pudding as Mister Rogers sings "Peace and Quiet."
In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lynda Martha practices twirling her baton for the Peace Party as Edgar Cooke observes. Lady Elaine comes in costume - a dove of peace - and suggests that the party be about peace and noise instead of peace and quiet.
Returning to the house, Mister Rogers hangs some Peace Party decorations as he sings "We're Going to Have a Party."
Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the castle has been decorated for the Peace Party as the guests begin to arrive. After affirming the choice of decorations, King Friday watches the performance by Lynda Martha before taking credit for the new peace in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Together they all sing "Peace and Quiet" as Chef Brockett arrives with vittles. The calmness is temporarily broken when Lady Elaine arrives as a noisy dove of peace.
Back at the house, Mister Rogers eats some peach pudding and takes down the party decorations for the day.
