Mr. Rogers writes a letter to a friend who has written to him. Mr. McFeely takes the letter to the mailbox. In the NOM, John Reardon is pretending to be a mailman. He brings Daniel a letter from King Friday and Edgar Cooke who are visiting Sara Saturday. They have decided to stay a few more days. Reardon plans to stay in the NOM for a few days to look after things. X tells Reardon that Lady Elaine wants him to help set up campsites at the castle. X doesn't think it's a good idea and won't help. Lady Elaine tells Reardon not to tell the king. The tents in the garden are to be a surprise. Reardon delivers to her a jack-in-the-box. The clown is a Lady Elaine doll, holding a sign that says, "Making mischief." Mr. Rogers says that his job is writing television programs.
