Episode Recap

Rogers thinks of up and down with his shoe, his zipper, and the stairs. He does preliminary up-and-down exercises with his arms. He walks outside to show a see-saw, explaining that play is much better with a friend. Marilyn Barnett rides the see-saw with Rogers before going into up-and-down exercises. They meet Kara, a ballet student, who shows a few pre-dance exercises. Rogers sings a new song, I Like Someone. In the NOM, King Friday XIII calls a meeting with Chuck Aber and Mayor Maggie. He wants them to find a place where Mimus polyglottos and Troglodytes aedon can take up dance lessons (the King gives tutus to both birds). Mayor Maggie turns the assignment into Aber's hands alone. Lady Elaine Fairchilde tells Aber that her elevator has been making the Museum-Go-Round go up and down, rather than rotate. While they are not looking, Robert Troll takes Mimus and Trog for a walk/dance. Aber goes off looking for the birds. Back in the television house, Rogers creates birds on straws (with a bit of construction paper, a pair of scissors, and tape). Songs: Won't You Be My Neighbor?, I Like Someone, It's A Perfectly Beautiful Day For Playing ("Tutus" substituted for "Playing"), Good Feeling.
