  • Season 1 Episode 1: Mystery Of The Golden Med...

  • Goof:
At the castle, Robin suggest they call the police. Surely a better time to do so would have been when Spike was kidnapped or when the medallions were stolen, before they'd put themselves in danger by going to the castle.

  • Goof:
The title card calls this episode "The Mystery of the Golden Medallion", implying that there is one single medallion. However the show clearly uses several medallions. Even Mr. T used "medallions" in his intro.

  • Goof:
Mr. T introduces himself with "The name is Mr. T! First name is Mister, middle name is that period, last name is T!" However the way his name is spelt in the opening credits of the show ("Mister T"), it does not contain a period.

  • Goof:
As Mr. T and the kids talk to the owner of the mint, Kim doesn't have any eyebrows in one shot.

  • Goof:
As Kim and Jeff hold down one of the criminals on the roof of the castle, his turtleneck collar keeps changing colour from from green to his skin colour and back. It almost appears as though the turtleneck is retracting into his jacket by itself.

  • Goof:
After arriving at the mint building, Jeff notes that this is the "Hanson Mint". However, he was looking at the list of addresses when he said that, not at the big medallion, which is where they found this particular address earlier.

  • Goof:
As Robin falls off the roof of the castle, the criminal she had been fighting changes from a white man in a dark green suit to a black man in a white suit.

  • Season 1 Episode 2: Mystery of the Forbidden ...

  • Goof:
Jeff and the girls decide that with the kidnapper's van unattended, they can hide in it and be taken straight to the monastery. One problem; they had just seen the driver of the van knock himself out trying to climb a drain pipe while chasing Spike. They could have been in for a long wait.

  • Goof:
As they climb up the rock outside the monastery, Woody's hand appears to grab Mr. T's crotch.

  • Goof:
At the end of the episode, Sky says that "Mr. T would never lead the group into trouble". She can't have been with them long, as that's what he does every time.

  • Goof:
After stopping the helicopter from flying away by tying it to the monastery bell tower, Mr. T pulled all 4 people out of it and dropped them to the ground. However, the helicopter continued to fly without a pilot instead of crashing to the ground, exploding and killing Mr. T.

  • Goof:
The kidnapper with the eye-patch tells the captured kids to get on their feet, but they were all already stood up.

  • Goof:
During their escape from the hotel room, Woody swung on the ceiling fan causing it to rotate slightly, but when Mr. T did it, it didn't move at all.

  • Goof:
On the way into town there were at least 14 people on the bus, but only 8 actually take part in the story. So where were the other 6 people during all of this? All 14 are back on the bus as they leave though.

  • Goof:
Why did Mr. T feel it was necessary to knock Miss Bisby's hotel room door down? He knew she was there, but apparently couldn't wait 5 seconds for her to open it. Now, without a door, those "awful kidnappers" she was afraid of will find it even easier to kidnap her should they return.

  • Goof:
When Mr. T and Woody are knocking on Miss Bisby's door in the hotel, Dozer the dog had somehow managed to join them despite not having been present at all up until now.

  • Goof:
As the kidnapper's van pulls up outside the cantina, the exposed brick work around the door of the building was a different shape than when the driver walks in seconds later.

  • Goof:
As Mr. T got in the bus to chase the kidnapper's van, the bus revs up before he turned the key and started the engine.

  • Goof:
When Woody sees the Gila monsters in the hotel room, he asks, "What are those?" It's hard to believe a boy his age couldn't identify the species. Also, how did the boss put them in the bag without getting himself bitten? Gila monsters are venomous, so handling them with ease would have been impossible.

  • Season 1 Episode 3: Mystery Of The Mind-Thieves

  • Goof:
Despite just having been unplugged and not seeming to be under anyone's control, the robot still managed to attack Mr. T.
