Goof: When Jeff is captured and put inside the tank, there is oil on his clothes. But when Mr. T rescues him, his clothes are spotless.
This was the first and so far only time that the West Point Military Academy has been mentioned in an animated series.
Mr. T says that parking the bus is "easier said than done", but there were only three other vehicles on the whole street.
In Robin's parent's house, everyone runs up and down the stairs as though there are no steps, just a smooth ramp.
Mr. T is able to rip open the doors to a moving train with ease, but is stopped by the relatively flimsy door between two carriages long enough for the robbers to escape.
In his opening introduction, Mr. T describes Chicago as Robin's hometown, but forgets who else comes from there; himself.
As the bus teeters on the edge of the bridge, it's movements should have sent it over the edge long before the team got out.
The buried box on the map is supposed to be ten paces from the zoo's lion enclosure, but Spike has already counted three paces before he even gets to the lion cage. This should have put him several feet away from the box.
The car in which the criminals try to crush Spike changes from red to blue in one shot.
Robin's mother is blonde and her father has brown hair, yet both Robin and Spike are ginger.
The window that the ninja smashed to rob the box office was much smaller as he left than it was as he entered.
As Mr. T twists the handle to the roof door, it disappears momentarily.
Robin believes that Mr. Hamamoto is the ninja due his having access to money sacks and being Japanese. However she fails to take into account the most obvious difference between them; Hamamoto is a short fat man, whereas the ninja is taller and thinner. She should know this as she'd met/seen both on several occassions.
Somehow, Miss Bisby managed to put on her hat and pack her suitcase in under three seconds.
Strangely, the headlights on the bus cast even more shadows onto the team's faces as it drove towards them.
When Kim jumps off the bookcase, her shoe (the other having been taken by the dog) is white, but when she lands, it is black. In the next shot of her, the shoe is white again.
For some reason, the train that would have hit the crashed baggage car went right through the station without stopping.
Both Woody and Jeff pulling together on the safe door couldn't open it. Maybe they'd have had better luck if Jeff hadn't be pushing against the door and keeping it closed with his other hand.
At the Ghost Rider's garage, Woody said he found a diary, but the cover clearly said "Log" and he even needed Mr. T to point that out to him.
As the log swung towards Mr. T and Woody in the boat, Mr. T shouted "Heads up!". But that's the last thing they'd want to do as it would ensure the log hit them both full in the face.
