Mitchell: (describing the girls he's slept with to Jay) Some were older. Some were younger. Uh... Leisel and Gretl Von Trapp.... sisters, obviously.... too far?
Jay: I'm not an idiot. You played that record night and day.
(Phil and Claire have just helped Vish with his ticket for parking, and begin to believe they are smart parents).
Phil: (as they leave) After you, doctor.
Claire: After you, professor.
(They walk into the door. As they leave, the sign becomes clear. It reads, "NOT AN EXIT.")
Phil: (in French film) I'm so confused.
Claire: I'm not. I love this.
Phil: You do not! Name one thing you've liked about this.
Claire: I liked the scene with the old man on the beach.
Phil: That was a trailer for a different movie.
Nina: (re: Vish's behavior when watching French films) Forgive Vish if you hear him groan. He gets annoyed if the subtitle's mistranslated.
Phil: Well that makes deux of us.
Gloria: (re: Jay and her dinner guests) Why did you talk to them like that?
Jay: What? I was just being honest. They're boring as hell!
Gloria: Quiet! They can hear you!
Jay: (re: the husband and what he said earlier) Oh, he probably already heard me. His hobby is listening.
Cameron: (in reference to Mitchell telling him Tracy's child may also be his) You don't just tell your partner you may have a baby with someone else and expect them to go back to eating a delicious and inventive meal like it's nothing?!
Phil: (re: Alex putting pressure on herself to do well on her exam) This is my fault. You see me achieve excellence and it puts a lot of pressure on you.
Claire: (to Phil) What about me?
Phil: Sorry. Yeah. It puts a lot of pressure on both of you.
Mitchell: (re: his night with Tracy) After that [night in the nurse's office] I didn't return any of her phone calls, and I haven't seen her since.
Cameron: (to Lily, who stole the sunglasses) You naughty little girl!
Mitchell: (thinking Cam's referring to him) Well, you know that's what happens when you give me Kahlua.
Cameron: (to Tracy) Well, I wanna hear all about Mitchell from high school. Did he have a beard?
Tracy: Uh, you're looking at her. Of course, I didn't know it back then.
Mitchell: Tracy was my high school girlfriend. Yes, yes, it's true. I had girlfriends. Quite a few, actually.
Cameron: I, too, took my fair share of ladies to the henhouse. Literally, I did take them to the henhouse. That's the only place you could get some privacy on a farm.
Sarah Hyland (Haley) did not appear in this episode.
