  • Good good good.

    9.0
Jay and Gloria were best though.
  • Funny, Funnier, Funniest!

    9.5
    Funny: The Jay/Gloria plot.

    Funnier: The Phil/Claire plot.

    Funniest: The Cam/Mitchell plot.

My only issue is that it felt like the Cam/Mitchell plot ended too quickly.
  • Claire and Mitchell help out each other

    8.5
Claire and Mitchell's relationship been better since they were kids and even now it's not the best. And that's why this show is good. When Mitchell was proposing the idea on what to do with their problems was in reference to Alfred Hitchcock's Strangers on the Train is one of the reasons this episode was good. I think it's interesting that Claire and Mitchell are with people who are sensitive. I think it's kind of funny the one thing that Claire didn't want Phil to do, he was actually good at. Speaking of wrongs, I like that Gloria was wrong when she, Jay and Manny went to the quinceaera It's nice to see the women be wrong sometime. (I apologize for those that get offended by this) I also liked the part where Hailey was teaching Alex to be cool. I like seeing them together and Alex act like a teenager.moreless
  • Criss Cross FAIL.

So Mitchell & Claire agree to solve each others problems a la Strangers on a Train.

Claire story: So Mitchell told her that he needed Cam to lose the bkie shorts and they reveal "too much". She tells him, and then he gets on a meltdown cause he hates wen people critize his appearence. But then Cam accidentally hears Mitch told him and Cam tells him to lose the beard. Mitch is gonna but Cam refueses to let him.

Mitch story: Clariee tells him to persuade Phil to lose the jokes for his speech in the real state agents gathernig thing. But Mitchell can't cause he is afraid he'll brake Phil's feelings. So at the reunion, Clarie takes Phil's jokes and hides them in her purse. But Phil maqnages to come up with new ones and entertain the crowd.

Jay's story: Jay is invited by one of nhis employees to as quinceañera, but Jay doesn't wanna go. Manny & gloria persuade him to go and he does. But they go to an engagement aprfty instead and Jay gets creeped out when the bride and groom dance cause he thinks it's a dad & daughter.

OVerall: Pretty good episode. The storylines were funny. 8.5/+10.moreless

I'll judge this storyline by storyline:

Mitchell and Cameron: Eh, this was kind of funny I suppose, but they are really reaching at this point with these two. Definitely not believable that Cam would do this.

Phil and Claire: The speech was eerily similar to an Office episode like this, but Ty Burrell was hilarious here. His "good" jokes were funny and his "bad" jokes were funny too.

Quincenera: Eh, I prefer when they did this on Wizards of Waverly Place. The line about only one Carlos turning around was funny, but sadly this was just another failed attempt to create edgy comedy.

Alex and Haley: Don't start me on this.

    Solid episode overall though.moreless

  • ALLUSIONS (1)

    • Near the end of the episode Phil cups Claire's head and kisses her forcefully and tells her he knows she is the one who stole his index cards. This is clearly an allusion to the very famous "kiss of death" scene in The Godfather Part II (1974) when Michael Corleone kisses his brother Fredo in the nightclub in Cuba and says, "I know it was you, Fredo. You broke my heart. You broke my heart."
