    • TRIVIA (4)

      • The famous ejector seat in the Aston Martin DB5 actually worked, and could throw a stuntman up to 40 feet.

      • During the making of The World is Not Enough, filmmakers discovered by accident that the "Q boat" had so much power that it's engines could literally force the bow of the boat under the water. The move was written into the film.

      • In the late 1970's, a Scottish exploration team fitted a Ken Wallis autogyro with infrared cameras. They used the aircraft in an unsuccessful search for the Loch Ness monster.

      • Goof: Ken Wallis did not invent the autogyro. It was actually invented by Juan de la Cierva in 1920.

    • QUOTES (1)

      • Narrator: They're fast, sleek and sexy. They're built to quietly maneuver in the shadows of covert operations or to wow audiences on the big screen. Theirs is a realm that lies between fact and fiction where the imaginations of gadget masters can literally save the world. The Gadgets of James Bond, next, on Modern Marvels.
