Episode Summary

The pilgrims enter the Kingdom of Lo-Chun, the Queen of Fire, where they are prevented from continuing their journey by the active volcanoes in the Fire and Flame mountain range to the west. The Queen of Fire has a magic fan that can extinguish the fires. Ever since her husband, the Spirit of Water Buffaloes, left her for a human woman, she's lived as a recluse. So getting her to lend them her fan could be quite a challenge.moreless

    • (The gang try to figure how to cross the fire mountain) Peasant: The fires don't burn all year long. They stop when it rains. Monkey: When does it rain? Peasant: It rains when the queen uses her fan of course. Monkey: A sorta fan dance? Peasant: Oh no, she very serious and really regal. She's beautiful, but she see's no one but her servants. Her majesty lives quite alone otherwise. Edit
