    It's creepy,it's sort of Scary and it's nicly written!
    Not many shows do Hallowen special and when they do it's usualy some kind huanted house or manchin.
    But only Monsters vs. Aliens could be crazy enough to make "Mutant Pumpkins From Outer Space"?
    I liked the joke about Link and Shrek and his beer gut,lol.
    I think Mongar was under used (though I did really mind).
    Ph,D has the likely the best of all the subplots and BOB was his weird self,but I found him really shinny and that was a little annoying.
    I can't find out who Rainn Wilson did though!

    The answer is: Monsters! (Thought that I was gonna say Ghostbusters, didn't you?)

    Well, guess what, this Hallowe'en Special is probably one of the best ones ever made. Based on the latest Dreamworks movie "Monsters vs. Aliens", the story follows the new adventure of Susan (aka Ginormica), Dr. Cockroach, the Missing Link, B.O.B. and Insectosaurus, as they go back to Susan's hometown to investigate a strange phenomenon, while trying not to tell the real reason to Susan's parents as to why they are in town. I really enjoyed this special because it's funny and enjoyable, and the fact that the original voice cast from the movie comes back to voice the characters is a really cool bonus. Got to love when we find out that Dr. Cockroach is addicted to lollypops, and that B.O.B. is a "unnatural disaster" when it comes to tirck-or-treating, not to mention that the Missing-Link continues not to be able to scare everyone, and that Insectosarus' is a fan of Elvis. I really give this one a BIG 10, and would give it even more, if I could!moreless

  • Aliens drop their waste onto a pumpkin field in Modesto and the pumpkins becomes alien monsters. Susan and the gang are sent to Modesto to see what has occurred and contain any trouble without telling Susan's parents why they're really there.moreless

    Well it's not The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, but it is an entertaining animated story using the current popular gang from the big Monsters Vs. Aliens movie this past year. Marketing, marketing, marketing. Actually in all fairness it was an enjoyable entertaining children appropriate cartoon for the holiday season. Not a bad stab at a Halloween story with some humor and very little horror mixed in.

    Susan's parents are the highlights of the show while each of the Monster characters has his or her own bit to do with Halloween. I'm not sure you noticed but they advertised another new holiday show for Christmas coming out in November with the Madagascar characters saving the holiday when Santa gets amnesia. I guess it is time to get a few more holiday "classics" out there to join Rudolph, Frosty, and the others. Thanks for reading...moreless
