I guess us Finns and those wacky Brits have a similar sense of humour. Often it doesn't make any sense, many times it contains peculiar sexual references and (full frontal) nudity. You'll either like Monty Python, or you'll hate it. It takes a certain kind of sense of humour and an ability to laugh at youself. When quoting Monty Python shows or movies in front of a bunch of people you'll either be mistaken for a loonie or laughed at; a few of us will understand what had just happened. (Consider doing this in Finnish speaking environment, as all the quotes are in English!)
I'd recommend watching a few episodes of The Flying Circus, and finding out for yourself if you like it or not. Many won't, but a great many will!
