I watched this show's debut episode last week, not knowing quite what to expect. But soon the infectious music caught me, and the low key, subtle, but very funny humor kept me in the trap.
Highlights for me were the ominous uncle who appears unexpectedly from behind doorways, the local shows made by Moose TV that never seem to be quite ready for prime time, or for any time (Me and My Beaver, Ernie Makes a Drum, Good Morning Moose), and I chuckled quite a lot at the loose hitchhiking style of the woman making her way to Moose (located at the end of a long highway) to see her sister. She looks like trouble, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
I think if you enjoyed Northern Exposure, or even North of 60, you'll go for Moose. Bon voyage!moreless
