Hard to say but the last picture does give some possible clues. One of the framed pictures on the wall behind Orel was of both Clay and Bloberta so its a fair bet that, for whatever reason Orel's parents stayed together and that ,somehow, they kept things going well enough that Orel would actually want to have thier picture on his wall (it's his house so he really isn't under any obligation to have thiert picture up and if he had grown up actually hating them (after the events of the last episode) its unlikey that he would) The other two pictures (the ones of the guy in the policeman's and firefighter's uniforms) appear to be be Block and Shapey grown up. His wife is clearly Christine and the Dog is (almost assueredly) Bartholemew II. Utimately thats the whole point of the episode, it doesnt matter how Orel was raised he somehow became a good person and the family that he has an an adult is the family he deserved as a child. A Happy ending ig guess (though they do say that happy adults tend to spring from absoultey miserable childhoods and vice versa so I wonder what is in store for Orel's children)
