This was an odd joy to watch. Most of the episode was spent within the confines of an old man's blacksmith, but so many things occurred at once that it brought sort of an indirect way of entertainment. Balsa still needed for her spear to be repaired and visited her usual smith who does her repairs. The smith on the other hand is close with Balsa's and Chagum's pursuers and is weary whether or not he should repair her spear. Coincidentally, two of the pursuers that Balsa fought before appeared to pick up their swords that were damaged before. Balsa was sent to hide within a room, though the smith locked the two in. The smith was on the verge of revealing Balsa's location, but through her pursuers, was told a story that justified her actions and he kept her secret of being alive revealed. It was really creative how things were executed in the episode. The old man wanted to hear both sides of the stories, and got exactly that not through Balsa, but through her pursuers. It also shows another side to the pursuers, as they seem to have held her quite highly and even respected her. This episode accomplished a lot of things and was overall a great episode to watch.
