Motown 25: Yesterday, Today, Forever is a documentary released in 1983 which celebrates the 25th anniversary of Motown. Suzanne De Passe produced and co-wrote the show for Motown Records. The show was pre-taped at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in front of a live audience on the 25th of March, 1983 and aired on NBC two months after. Memorable performances at the event include Michael Jackson's take on "Billie Jean", Marvin Gaye's speech on the history of black music, and the Supremes' rendition of their last hit song "Someday We'll Be Together".
