      • When George said "It's the Archie Bunker of Military Schools".  George was talking about Archie Bunker, a character on the 1970s TV show All In The Family that starred Carroll O'Connor, Jean Stapleton, Rob Reiner, and Sally Struthers.  The series lasted from 1971-1979 and the spin-off series Archie Bunker's Place that lasted from 1979-1983.

      • When Wesley asks Mr. Belvedere "Is dad going to take me or Colonel Klink?"  Wesley was talking about Colonel Klink (played by Werner Klemperer), a character on the 1960s TV show Hogan's Heroes that starred Bob Crane, John Banner, and Richard Dawson.  The series was on in 1965-1971.
