Boyz II Men were honored with a Grammy this year for best R&B performance by a duo or group for their debut album, CooleyHighHarmony.       This famous German band performed in the famous Burgtheater in Vienna, Austria. They performed this concert two times on the weekend of the 1st and 2nd September 2005. It's the first Unplugged that was performed twice. Although the location was huge, the tickets had to be raffled. Campino the front singer of the band, was so excited when he saw the Nirvana Unplugged for the first time. The concert was named after one of the earlier albums of the band: Nur zu Besuch: Die Toten Hosen - Unplugged im Wiener Burgtheater. Although this concerts were 102 minutes long the first TV broadcast was only 90 minutes (including commercials). For this concert the band got help by very talented Korean, Swedish piano player Esther and Raphael as cello player. Recorded: Burgtheater in Vienna, Austria at 1st and 2nd September 2005.       Taped at the Bray Studios in Windsor, England in January of 1992, Clapton is accompanied by Nathan East (bass), Andy Fairweather-Low (guitar), Ray Cooper (percussion), Steve Ferrone (drums), Chuck Leavell (keyboards) and Katie Kissoon and Tessa Niles on backing vocals. Song selections include "Tears In Heaven" (from the motion picture release "Rush"), "Running On Faith," "Before You Accuse Me," a song by early musical inspiration Bo Diddley, and a new version of "Layla." Clapton also performs some new never-before-recorded material, including "Lonely Stranger," a song which he wrote in Los Angeles in 1991 during the recording of the soundtrack for "Rush" and after the death of his son Conor, and "The Circus Left Town," which is about the last night Clapton spent with Conor at the circus. "MTV Unplugged" with Eric Clapton introduces a new element into the series where artists will talk about the songs they perform. Throughout the special, MTV airs liner note style interview clips in which Clapton talks about the inspiration behind each song selection, his early musical influences, and more. This special presentation of "MTV Unplugged" was taped the day before Clapton was inducted into the Rock 'N' Roll Hall Of Fame for his work with the Yardbirds, and during rehearsals for his now annual performance at The Royal Albert Hall in London.
