    8.0
The Muppet Babies are playing in the nursery. Gonzo, Piggy, Kermit and Fozzie are using a makeshift cardboard box as a submarine. The nursery sofa is a battleship destroyer manned by Skeeter, Scooter, Animal and Rowlf. The fantasy naval battle, cira WWII, is interrupted by Nanny who chides them for their lack of consideration for their next-door neighbor, Officer Caruthers, who works the nightshift beat as a policeman and sleeps during the day. The kids promise to keep it down to a "civilized" dull-roar and quickly realize Animal is too young (and feral) to really understand the situation. To keep Animal distracted, Piggy begins a fantasy story about a "bee-u-tee-full" princess whose kingdom is plagued by a destructive break-dancing dragon. Whoever defeats the dragon wins her hand in marriage. Sir Fozzie and Sir Gonzo fail to slay the dragon. Sir Kermit tries doing a "boogie dance" with the dragon. Animal begins his own wild and noisy dance routine. The kids are reprimanded for the second time by Nanny who encourages them to try being more quiet. Rowlf leads the others in a song as a lullaby for Animal, "Sleep Rockin," but with its up-beat tempo, Animal does not fall asleep. Nanny has to get after the kids a third time because grumpy Officer C. just phoned and threatened to come over personally to talk to them. This is their last warning. The Muppet Babies turn on TV but Animal is too hyper to sit and watch quietly. Gonzo's favorite superhero show inspires him to dress up as fantasy alter-ego, Super Gonzo, to save Piggy Lane from a malfunctioning elevator. Piggy has no idea Cluck Kent is really her hero in disguise. Animal grabs Piggy and, channeling King Kong, climbs to the top of a skyscraper while Super Gonzo is delayed by a flying telephone booth gag. Just as he's about to overpower Giant Animal, green Krypto-socks break the mood. Nanny is back but she's not here to scold, their neighbor is leaving for work so they can make all the noise they want. The Muppet Babies (except Animal) react to this news by promptly falling asleep.

"Go Bye Bye!" End Tag: Animal is finger painting on the wall and throws a bucket of blue paint at the camera. Gonzo is absent.
