Bunsen has developed snack foods that affect moods, but nothing has been properly tested yet. Unfortunately, no one told Heather Locklear, who eats a piece. Now, her good and evil personalities shift without warning. As the other Muppets try to make do, Bunsen and Beaker race to find a cure for Heather.
