  • What's in a name

For those of you who think that saying G.. Damn is taking the lord's name in vain; God is a title, not a name. God is what he is, just like we are humans. Do you think that someone as amazing as he is wouldn't have a name to identify himself and separate himself from all the other "gods"? His name means "He causes to become". What he will cause to become is a world in which only those who call upon his real name will live. If you don't know what that name is, then all your barking about his name being taken in vain is for naught. I encourage you to do a little research and find out what that name is and what it really means to call upon that name and what taking the lord's name in vain actually is. Hint: when doing your research, ignore what your minister or priest or pasteur says, most of them don't have a clue what's truly in the word of God.moreless
  • for Christ's sake!

Ups sorry :-) , I love this show.

And there are plenty off other shows, where they don,t speek like that.

So may be you can watch that.
  • Curb the cursing

This is a pretty good show but if they keep using God damn I won't keep watching. It adds nothing to the show and is very offensive. my rating is lower than it would be if you didn't take the Lord's name in vain.
  • Watch the language

I have been watching this show since the beginning, and I enjoy watching it. But there is one thing that bothers me about it. In the last episode the phrase "God damn" was used three times. That is an offensive phrase to me. I don't take the Lord's name in vain and don't appreciate it that you do. Other words don't offend me as long as you don't get carried away with them. To me, the God d... phrase is more offensive the the word fu.. is. I would appreciate you not using the Lord's name in vain in the future, and for now my rating is low for you because of that.moreless
  • Blasphemy

The use of The Lord's Name, in vain, is a put off to my wife and I. Why spoil a good police drama with vulgarity that exceeds common acceptance? The 10 Commandments tell us "Do not take the name of the Lord in We have watched our last episode.
