The new wife of defendant Clifford Banks proves to be a con artist, but Banks refuses to believe that and orders Wyler to let her use their joint bank account. When Wyler explains that he can't, because the money was raised for Clifford's defense, Clifford decides to fire his lawyer, which doesn't go as easy as he expected.
