My mom used to watch "Murder She Wrote" after watching myself now years later I've grown to like it even more now. "Murder She Wrote" was one of those classic detective type of shows in the tradition of "Columbo".
This episode especially caught my because it guest starred the beautiful Kim Johnston Ulrich better as Ivy Crane from "Passions". This lady as beautiful and talented as any actress I've seen.
Here she plays the daughter of a secret agent whose lover is involved in a couple of criminals activities a couple of which may challenge national security.
Jessica of course like in all episodes gathers up what she does but in retrospect in this episode she doesn't do much instead it's the agent Michael Hagerty doing a bulk of the work. The acting was as good as usual. Kim may be recognized as just playing the evil Ivy but here she can also play the innocent woman who doesn't know what's going on.
It's an entertaining episode but if you're a fan of Passions and like Kim this should be on your list of what to watch.moreless
