At the end of the episode Frank and Murphy play a video game. They claim it's "Super Mario Brothers 3", and the controllers appear to be from the correct system, original NES, however the sounds are clearly from the opening demo of Super Mario World, which only was available on the Super NES, which used a very distinct different controller.
