Valentine's Day, the happiest of the year...if you own a greeting card company.

Miles breaks up with his girlfriend Jackie. Meanwhile, Murphy finds a date for Frank--but he'll only agree if Murphy will see his friend and they all double-date. Jim, a married man, becomes the object of secretary Leslie's affections.

The group date is immensely awkward. Murphy and her date Richie have nothing in common. Same goes for Frank and Meg. Jim's brief attempt to see if the grass is greener on the other side doesn't exactly turn out well either.

With friends like these, who needs chocolates?

A bittersweet and very funny story. You'll have some laughs whether you get a kick out of Valentine's Day or not.

    • Frank: Tell me more about Meg. What does she do?
      Murphy: She's a lobbist.
Frank: Great. She has passion. Favorite movie?
      Murphy: Mumur of The Heart.
Frank: Mine too. Okay, now I'm gonna ask the biggie.
      Murphy: Her parents are dead.
      Frank: I'm in love.
Murphy: Okay, my turn. This Richie character where's he from?
      Frank: I don't know.
      Murphy: What's he do?
      Frank: I'm not sure.
Murphy: How long have you known him?
      Frank: A week.
      Murphy: I'm not going, Frank.
      Frank: Come on.

    • Murphy: I can't take any more of this. Everybody, I have an announcement to make. There are too many people on my date. Miles, this isn't 'The Love Boat.' Snap out of it.
Miles: Oh, don't worry about me. Maybe I'll just interrupt a game of darts with my face.
Murphy: Meg, Frank, work it out between yourselves. Get married and have forty kids, kill each other in the parking lot, I'm out of it.
