In Kenny's Most Painful Eliminations there is a man who falls off the board in The Roatating Surfboard Of Death. Kenny says the man is Fang Durban when it is actually Yassir Babbaganouch. Fang Durban got tangled up with the first dolphin and fell into the water. Babbaganouch went past the dolphin and got eliminated before he could reach the platform.
In Runaway Stump, the cosmetics surgeon is named Edward Jonathan. In the eliminations, Kenny changed his last name to Johnson.

Although Guy announces the third game as Wall of Maim, the screen itself names it Wall Bangers.
Just after the commercial break, Vic says that the Outdooorsman were in the lead 3-1, but after Pole Riders, the score was tied at 2-2!
In the intro to the show, when the announcer usually says: "What are these...running from? They're not..." The announcer says this time: "What are these COUPLES running from?", when this is not a couples episode! He's supposed to have said: "What are these PEOPLE running from?..."

When Candace Stump is first shown going through the Sinkers and Floaters course, Vic first announces her name as Candace "Stumper", and later when she goes through Log Drop, we hear that he calls her Candace "Stump", so for a first-time watcher, you don't know which one is actually right until her name is shown as she's being interviewed by the Captain, when we find out her last name is Stump, not Stumper.

When the Menendez couple is introduced as they play Plank Spankers, the wife is introduced as "Angelina" Menendez, but when her husband Billy Bob is playing brass balls and she is turning away screaming, Vic announces her as "Leslie". (Note: Correction: Her name is actually not mentioned during the painful eliminations (reshowing the brass balls run her husband does) at all, which had been posted before on this site, so that was taken out and it is no longer mentioned. This is the correct version.)
E-Mail bomber Fred Kazinski was referred to as Dennis Kazinski in Kenny's eliminations.
Rotating Surfboard of Death/Pole Riders contestant Dick Tayback was referred to as Willy Etra (who also competed in the same two games) in the Painful Eliminations list.
