Episode Summary

EDIT
Christina Velez and fiancé Ed Rangel were ready to exchange vows on a Mexican beach in front of their closest family and friends. But her plans were forced to change following the outbreak of "swine flu." Since none of her guests would travel to Mexico, Christina was forced to create a tropical vibe in her hometown of Elizabeth, New Jersey. Instead of a beach, guests would be treated to a reception at the dated Elks Lodge. Worse, Christina would be required to clean the venue after her wedding! Her wedding dress, which she bought with a destination wedding in mind, was not formal enough for an indoor ceremony. When David sees the balloon centerpieces and umbrella favors, which still read the original wedding date, he knows that he must somehow bring a magnificent beach wedding to New Jersey. He starts by swapping out the boring bridesmaid dresses in favor of sexier, more stylish dresses. Then, David whisks his bride off to a chic Mexican restaurant, where they sample high end guacamole and sangria to be featured at her wedding. After that, for the first time ever, David unveils dresses from his very own line of spectacular gowns, and an ecstatic Christina learns she will be the first bride to ever wear his dress down the aisle! David has also arranged for Christina to get married on the beach at the Vanderbilt at South Beach in Staten Island. There, Christina and her guests are stunned by the fireworks display, which David designed to make the newlyweds feel like they were indeed in Mexico, after all.moreless
