  • Ben has an epiphany

Truly one of the greatest episodes of My Family where everything works. The plot is pretty strong, with multiple threads - Michael and his girlfriend, Rodger and Abi, Ben and the stranger, and Susan on the phone to the NHS. The jokes are genuinely funny, and the whole thing seems to come together very well. Why can't they all be like this?

  • TRIVIA (2)

    • Susan's Dish of the Day: Clam Flam, Turnip Teriyaki

    • Goof: When Michael fires the sausage out of the "Rocket" launcher at the start of the episode, look at the window. There are 5 seperate pieces of window smashed, the sausage would have gone through the window pane completely ripping off the middle of the window.

  • QUOTES (3)

    • (Ben and Susan were going to the closet when they open it to reveal Michael and Fiona kissing)
Michael: Sorry uhhh ... you must be looking for the geriatric ward.

    • (Ben lets Nick into the house, he's carrying a snake)
      Ben: What's that?
Nick: Hmm? Oh. No, it's not a "that", Dad, it's a she. I'd like to introduce you to Pamela.
Ben: You could do better, you know.
      Nick: Meaning what.
Ben: I was talking to Pamela.

    • Susan: Help, I'm stuck in here with a hypochondriac, a lovesick puppy and two horny teenagers! (referring to Ben, Abi and Michael and Fiona, in that order).
