Brad's original line was "Lions, tigers, and grizzlies," but it was changed to be a reference to The Wizard of Oz.
We learn in this episode that Brad must be at least 15 because he mentions getting his learner's permit.
Close to the end of "Unlicensed Flying Object," Mrs. Wakeman tells Jenny to bring the other jet pack with her. When it happens, for a brief moment Jenny's belly-bolt disappears.
Mrs. Wakeman: Earrings? I designed a state-of-the-art, crime-fighting robot, not some simple mannequin to hang with googols and gimcrackery!
Lancer: I've seen a peanut stand; I've heard a rubber band; I even seen a needle wink it's eye, but I've seen just about everything when I see an elephant-earred robot girl.
Mrs. Wakeman: Ooh...you were so precious when you were a prototype...
Tuck: So Jenny, I hear you got ears the size of Mount Rushmore!
Alien Karl: Yeah, well personally, I can't wait to get off this hick planet. Bunch of rip-off artists, these earthlings. Five bucks for a cup of coffee. No extraterrestrial discount at the hotel. And I know that bellboy stole my tricorder!
Brad: I have a learners permit! And how am I supposed to LEARN if I am not PERMITTED to drive!?
Jenny: Brad...slow down!
Jenny: (with microphones) SLOW IT DOWN, BRAD!
(Brad holds his ear)
Jenny: I said (gets more microphones) SLOW DOWN!
Tuck: In case you didn't catch that...
Brad: Yeah yeah...I heard, I heard.
Jenny: Fine, if you won't help me ... I'll make my own ears!
(Jenny storms out and slams door)
Mrs. Wakeman: Uh ... closet.
(Jenny stomps out of the closet and storms out the other door, slamming it multiple times)
Brad: (about Jenny's new ears) What in the--?
Jenny: Impressive, huh?
Sheldon: (pulls out a one-ear design) The Van Gough! This one's half price! (laughs nervously) 'Cause there's only one....
Title: Unlicensed Flying Object
This is obviously a reference to the common acronym, "UFO" which stands for: Unidentified Flying Object.
Tuck: Lions, and tigers, and bears...oh my...
This line is from The Wizard of Oz.
Lancer: I've seen a peanut stand, I've heard a rubber band, I've even seen a needle wink it's eye. But I've never seen an elephant-eared robot girl!
The crows in Dumbo say something along these lines when they see Dumbo trying to fly.
Alien Karl: I know that bellboy stole my tricorder!
The tricorder is a device used on Star Trek. It's used to send videos, audio messages, and record scientific data. So the aliens are futuristic, as Star Trek takes place about 90 to 100 years from now.
