- 10/10/10Twilight Sparkle is sent by Princess Celestia to Ponyville to make some friends. But she doesn't have time for that as she has heard about a prophecy that talks about the return of the evil pony, Nightmare Moon.
- 10/22/10Twilight and her new friends set off in search of the Elements of Harmony, which are the only things that can stop Nightmare Moon from covering everything in darkness.
- 10/29/10Twilight receives two tickets to a huge party called the Grand Galloping Gala, and now her friends start bribing her with favors in hopes that she'll give them the extra ticket.
- 11/5/10Applejack tries to harvest all of the apples on her farm all by herself, but she soon becomes very tired because of this and it causes her to mess up some of the promises she has made to her friends.
- 11/12/10Rainbow Dash's old friend, Gilda the Griffon, comes by for a visit. But then Pinkie Pie sees Gilda acting mean towards the other ponies and she tries to think of a way to prove this to Rainbow Dash.
- 11/19/10A pony who calls herself "The Great and Powerful Trixie" arrives in Ponyville and shows off some of her magic skills and brags that she is the greatest pony of all. Spike tries to convince Twilight to use her magic to put Trixie in her place, but Twilight fears that if she does, her friends will think that she is a show off.moreless
- 11/26/10A sleeping dragon is covering the skies with black smoke and Twilight hopes that Fluttershy's ability to talk to animals can help them ask the dragon to leave. The only problem is that Fluttershy is terrified of dragons.
- 12/3/10Applejack and Rarity are invited to Twilight's house for her very first slumber party, but the two have trouble getting along due to a big argument they just had.
- 12/10/10When the ponies all develop some strange symptoms, they believe that it was the cause of Zecora, a zebra that lives outside of Ponyville, who is believed to be a witch.
- 12/17/10Princess Celestia is coming for a visit and Twilight tries to make sure that everything goes perfect. But that might be difficult due to the arrival of the Parasprites, small flying creatures with ravenous appetites that multiply by the second.
- 12/24/10It is time for the Winter Wrap Up, where all the ponies clean up what's left of winter in order for spring to arrive. Twilight tries to help out, but she has trouble finding a job that really suits her.
- 1/7/11Apple Bloom starts to feel a bit left out when she believes that she is the only pony in Ponyville without a cutie mark. So now she tries a bunch of different jobs in hopes of getting one.
- 1/28/11Applejack and Rainbow Dash start to become very competitive with each other when they enter the Running of the Leaves, which is a big race through fall leaves.
- 2/4/11Rarity decides to put on a fashion show with her friends as the models. But she soon finds making their dresses difficult when they keep asking her to change them.
- 2/11/11When Twilight learns about Pinkie Pie's "Pinkie sense," where Pinkie Pie can tell when something bad is going to happen due to a twitch in her body, she tries to prove that all of Pinkie Pie's predictions are just coincidences.
- 2/18/11Rainbow Dash enters a best flyer contest in hopes of winning the grand prize, spend the day with her favourite flight squad, the Wonder Bolts. But she might have her work cut out for her when Rarity, who just got some beautiful wings thanks to Twilight's magic, decides to enter the contest as well.moreless
- 2/25/11Fluttershy volunteers to babysit Apple Bloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle. But she soon finds out that taking care of kids is way different than taking care of animals.
- 3/4/11Apple Bloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle decide to enter the annual talent contest in hopes of finding their special talent and earning their cutie marks.
- 3/11/11Rarity is kidnapped by a group of creatures called the Diamond Dogs, who force her to dig up gems for them, and it's up to the other ponies to try and save her.
- 3/18/11Rarity shows some of her dresses to the famous fashion pony, Photo Finish, in hopes that she'll put them in one of her shows. But Rarity's dreams are shattered when it turns out that Photo Finish is more interested in Fluttershy, who Rarity picked as her model, and she tries to make a star out of her.moreless
- 3/25/11The ponies arrive at a western town where they try to stop a war between the townspeople and a buffalo tribe over who the land belongs to.
- 4/8/11During a visit by Princess Celestia, Fluttershy notices that the princess' pet bird isn't looking very well. So without the princess knowing, Fluttershy takes the bird back to her house in hopes of making it feel better. But Fluttershy soon gets herself into trouble when the princess finds out that her bird is missing.moreless
- 4/15/11In this special flashback episode, we are shown how Twilight and her friends first got their cutie marks.
- 4/22/11Twilight becomes friends with an owl who starts helping her with some of her tasks. But Spike soon becomes jealous of the owl and starts to believe that it is trying to replace him as Twilight's assistant.
- 4/29/11Pinkie Pie starts to get suspicious when all her friends claim that they are too busy to attend a party she's throwing. After a little snooping, Pinkie Pie comes to the conclusion that her friends don't like her parties anymore.
- 5/6/11The ponies are finally on their way to the Grand Galloping Gala. But when they get there, they soon find out that it is not exactly like they thought it would be.
