Just post your own ideas for Friendship is Magic episodes! Just remember to try to create them similar to the show, as in no extremely mature themes, no outright OOC moments, or anything like that.

    Private Investigator Ponies (And Dragon)

When the mayor of Ponyville mysteriously dissapears, Twilight Sparkle decides to investigate, with Spike and Applejack, but what happens when they both dissapear as well? Meanwhile, Pinkie Pie keeps bothering Rarity until Rarity tells her to leave her alone. Pinkie Pie finally decides to leave, but when they are going opposite ways, their tails become entangled and discover that they could be stuck together... forever?!

There should be an episode where Spike decides to go on a small journey to find his real family. The Princess will grant him this request while at the same time being on royal business. Spike will end up finding his family not too far from Ponyville. He would not stay with them forever however, he just wants to know who his parents are. He'll say something like "I still have a job to complete in Ponyville" or something like that and return to Ponyville. While he's gone, Twilight and the other ponies learned that they took Spike for granted, and really miss him while he's gone. So much so, they decide to throw him a Welcome Back party when he returns to Ponyville. Spike would be moved to tears, but in Spike fashion, act all tough about it. I guess a moral that can be made is that family isn't always who created you, but who raised you, took care of you, and made you feel like family, which is what the ponies have done. At the same time, the ponies Spike is not just a workhorse, and should be treated more like one in the family. I'm not sure this episode would work. It may have to be a two parter like the pilot.

    Adventures in Filly-sitting

Applejack decides to take a vacation, and Applebloom begs to come along. However, Applejack refuses and says she should stay safe with Granny Smith and Macintosh, but Applebloom refuses this. She whines until Applejack begins to lose it when Twilight Sparkle walks by. Looking out for a quick solution, Applejack begs her to filly-sit Applebloom for a few days. Twilight accepts, but only to find out filly-sitting is less easy then it looks.

There could be like an episode where Princess Celestia has to go somewhere on urgent royal business and she needs Princess Luna to take over for a while. At first, Luna is ready for the challenge, but it would be like another one of those episode where the character bargains more than they can chew. I guess there could be some event held in Ponyville and Luna has to go in Celestia's place. While there, she tells the pony gang what she has been doing all of this time she's been gone (writers can figure that out) I know there will eventually where Rarity finds out about Spike's crush on her (if she doesn't know already). I would think Spike should try the "secret admirer" charade by writing her a love poem, giving her a wagon full of her favorite kind of jewel, and Spike himself would make a pendant out of the jewel she gave him during the Dog and Pony Show episode. Hopefully Rarity will go easy on Spike. lol

    Any takers on these ideas?

Ending an Era (Starting a New One)

A year after the events of "Call of the Cutie", the Cutie Mark Crusaders have FINALLY found what they're good at. However, one of the three wish to move on, as they have had so much fun together and there are still so many fillies out in Equestia with blank flanks. They decide to keep the legacy by helping all the cutie mark-less ponies out there. They soon find it hard to keep up with all the fillies, until they discover three who have been mercilessly taunted by everypony around them. They decide to pass the Cutie Mark Crusaders job to the three: Sky Rocket, a pegasus with long orange hair and a big attitude, Elegance, an earth pony with violet-black hair who is obsessed with fashion (similar to Rarity), and Twisty-Turny, a dark-blonde Unicorn who may not be as smart as the others, but still has a wide-range of talents.

    Spike the... Pegasus?

When Spike finally realizes that Rarity could never like him, he refuses to accept it, but he knows it couldn't work with him being a baby dragon and her a fully-grown Unicorn. Depressed, he runs in Everfree Forest, not exactly knowing why he wishes to run or where he wishes to stop. He finds himself at the door of a five-star gypsy (who, ironically, is a relative of Zecora) and asks her to put a spell on him that will turn him into the perfect guy for Rarity. She turns him into a pegasus pony, but tells him he has 24 hours before the spell wears off.

He believes he will have the best time of his life, but when he returns to Ponyville, he discovers everyone is looking for him. No matter how many times he tells them, Twilight Sparkle and Rarity don't believe it's him! How much trouble can he get into in only 24 hours?

    A lot more.

    I've got one.

The Thin Line Between Love and Weight

Synopsis: After eating a bunch of sweets, Pinkie Pie gains a lot of weight. When she hangs out with her friends, she finds that she's constantly out of breath, lacking energy, and just becomes lazy. Her friends notice her weight problem, and they either tease her or nag her to lose weight, but Pinkie just doesn't feel it's that big of a deal. In the end, Twilight learns that if a friend has a problem, you shouldn't make fun of them, and instead help them try to overcome the problem together.

    Another one.

    The Mailman Cometh

Synopsis: Derpy Hooves first episode as a lead character. Derpy is the mail pony of Equestria, and she makes a lot of mistakes while doing her job. All her mistakes in mailing causes a lot of problems in Ponyville, an example being Derpy giving Spike some rabbit medicine for Angel, causing Spike to break out into some mutation, and she has to find a way to fix them with the help of the main cast. In the end, Twilight learns that everybody makes mistakes and that it's best for friends to forgive the mistakes of other friends.

I would love it if there were an episode which gets back at all the people who makes references to that tastelessly gory Cupcakes fanfic, like an episode where Pinkie confirms it as being untrue in a snide, patronising statement. Not as the episode's plot, but as a quick reference at some point. That would be funny.

    Date Night

Spike is finally being given the chance to go out on a date with his beloved Rarity. Spike does his best to swoon over Rarity and win her over, but everything goes wrong and it leaves the dragon very sad. Rarity though would reassure Spike that he at least was showing he cared and learns of Spike's crush on her. Rarity at first wouldn't know what to say, but she'd tell Spike that while he likes her that maybe they should take it slowly at first and to show a relationship being started, she'd kiss Spike on the cheek. Spike would learn that while love isn't instantaneous, it can start out slowly and build into something.

    Spike's Goodbye?

When Parent's Day rolls into Ponyville, the Mane 6 meet their parents, but Spike feels lonely that he doesn't have any parents. When Spike goes up to the Canterlot Castle Royal Records, he finds a shocking discovery that his parents are still alive and that they are famous actually. When Spike goes there he sees that his parents are happy to see him and make him feel welcome and at home. Spike now lives in a huge mansion, with a complete dragon butler staff, and even makes some dragon friends who are his size and age. While Spike is enjoying his new home, Twilight and her friends find out that Spike's gone and when they find him, he tells them that his parents are his family now and doesn't need the ponies anymore. Will Twilight and the others be forced to say farewell to their dragon friend?

    Everyponies Story:

A double-length episode that looks into the lives of popular background ponies such as DJ-Pon3, Octavia, Derpy Hooves (though I don't like calling her that), BonBon and Lyra, Doctor Whooves, Big Mac, and Trixie.

I'm also interested in making an episode focusing on or featuring Pipsqueak. I'll have to look into it.

    Selling Equestria by the Pound

After finding out about acompany that pays big money for small areas of land, Rainbow Dash gets excited and begins to, unknowingly to the other five of the mane six, sell off small, uninhabitedsections of Equestrian soil. However, as she starts to make a lot of money, she begins to get incredibly greedy, and starts selling off virtually every part of unused land available to this mysterious company. Unfortunately, she has made a terrible mistake: by selling off unused land, she had made the company elgible to build on it, and is shocked to discover that many huge, unattractive business skyscrapers have been built on all the sold land. After days of living among these miserable constructions, the mane six manage to convince the company to leave and take the buildings down- but at a cost of double the money RD was paid!

Moral: A town must be appreciated for what it is, and bigger does not always mean better. Also, greed is bad, and you shouldn't favour money over your ownhome.

    Pinkie Perfect

After a day of annoying everybody in Equestria to tears, Pinkie finally realises that she should learn to drop her eccentric ways and become more mature. However, when nothing seems to work and she ends up continuing to ruin things for everybody, she turns to Zecora for help, who feeds her a mysterious potion which will convert her from a fun-loving, childlike pony into an intelligent, hard-workinglady. But the potion seems to work too well, and Pinkie starts to have a very boring butperfect personality with no quirks whatsoever. She starts totreat the other ponies like children, bossing them around and gloating about her new, elegant, nature, which greatly upsets a jealous Rarity. The others realise that new Pinkie is even worse than the old - instead of being friendly she is bossy, and instead of being an oddball, she's overly devoted to perfection, and as a result, she's no longer a friend.

Moral: Sometimes, trying to change a person can only make them worse, so learn to like a person's personality.

    Adjustment Time!

The new pony from the previous episode, named Holly Heartsworth, has now become nice and become friends with the mane six. Twilight discovers an event occuring in the Everfree Forest that promotes friendly bonding, and decides to sign the seven of them for it. Unfortunately, Holly finds out becoming friends is much harder then she thought it would be.

I'd like to write a Pip-center episode, but I need to think of an idea first.

    1. The Mane Six are so busy with their jobs that they have no time to spend with their pet. Twilight then botches up a spell causing the fillies to swap bodies with their neglected pets. Everypony is baffed by the fillies strage behavoirs, and the girls try to adjust to life as animals. Wil Twilight be able to convince Spike that it is her and the girls so that she can show him how to get them back into their rightful bodies, or will they be stuck as animals forever? Moral: No matter how busy you are, you should always take time out for your loved ones, and pets are a big responsiblity. 2. In another atempt to woo Rarity, Spike "borrows" a love potion from Zecora that makes him irresistable of females, but it works too well. Rarity falls in love with him to the point of a stalker, and it affects the other fillies as well, even Princess Celestria. Moral: You should let people like you for you and not anything else.

    Spike's Wonderful Life.

After accidently ruining a celebration, Spike feels like such a burden that he wants to leave Equestria until Princess Luna, wanting to redeem herself for all the trouble she caused as Nightmare Moon, shows him what would have happened if he was never hatched.
