Next time, I suggest you watch the whole show first. Often when you jump into a show part way through, you get the wrong information.

wow---give this guy a break.  It's a pretty reasonable question.  I mean, sure there are lots of Lees in the world, but anyone with the same last name as someone famous is bound to get asked from time to time..."Hey, are you any relation to...?"  Just because there are lots of Lees doesn't mean that there is no way they could be related.  He kind of resembles Stan Lee in my opinion and both of them have been in Kevin Smith movies.  It's a reasonable conclusion to draw...especially if he saw something to that effect on a tv show.  Besides, his post did not try to state that they actually were actually father/son.  He was simply looking for clarification and that's the entire purpose of these forums.  Again...give him a break.

I give no breaks to stupid questions. Yes Bob, there are stupid questions.

A quick check on Wikipedia would find the bio's for both Stan Lee and Jason Lee. There, with a quick read, you could determine that there is no relation. If there was, it is would listed in the summary of the person.

It should be very obvious that they are not related, without having a need to ask.

It is fan submitted, but it is also moderated. Plus, if they were related all the fan submission accepting sites would have it listed.

My last name is Smith. Your last name is Smith. OMG, we're related!

Or Not ... ... same thinking there.
