My Name Is Earl returned tonight with another decent show. We had a fine guest appearance from David Arquette, who was able to make the decade old "Wazzup" seem funny. The episode had a good payoff with Earl not being able to help Sweet Johnny completely, yet giving him the one day he had yearned for for the last ten years.
I did not care for the side storyline with Joy getting carjacked and eventually buying a gun. Joy's uninteresting storylines are the norm in Season 4, but luckily it did not distract much from the main plot so it was fine.
