      • Just two episodes from now, it will be Barbara's turn to have a bad day.

      • Despite what can be found elsewhere on the internet, this episode is not titled "It's Too Late". The above title is the correct one.

      • The revised shooting script of this episode dated September 28, 1971 has a curious credit on the cover that isn't reflected on-screen, and I believe this could be the only time it ever happened. The cover says the script was Written by George Tibbles (with Thanks to Fred MacMurray). Perhaps Fred may have helped George with the original story idea on which the resulting teleplay is based.

      • The bit part of the little blond boy is played by Tina Cole's real life son, Volney Howard IV.

      • Although certainly a different teleplay, this episode is very reminiscent of the Season 4 episode "Didya Ever Have One Of Those Days?".
