      • Location scenes for this episode were filmed at Los Angeles City College in August, 1965. This is detailed on the call sheet for this episode, which I procured from memorabilia and other show business items from the estate of actress Terry Burnham in 2010.

      • Although Chip 'meets' his girlfriend-nemesis Georgie in this episode for the first time, she also appeared in the earlier Episode # 193 (which was actually filmed before this one). On its original network run, this episode was shown on CBS before the earlier one cited.

      • The desk in Steve Douglas' office is decorated with a family photograph of the family (without Mike). This is a new publicity shot of the cast of the show which can be seen on many sites on the world wide web.

      • The first half of the writing team of Allardice and Adair was dealt a blow when writer James Allardice died on February 15, 1966 at the age of 46; this episode aired nine days after his death. Adair would continue to write while Allardice's last collaborative teleplay would be revamped by another show contributor and filmed for the following season.

      • Maura McGiveney, who plays the Girls Coach, died young at the age of 51 in 1990. And red-headed actress Kipp Hamilton also died relatively young at the age of 46 in 1981.
