    • Despite what can be found on other internet sites, this episode is not titled "The Triplets are Missing". The above title is the correct one.

    • Steve is stuck with the triplets because Chip and Polly have invited Katie, Ernie and Dodie to go to the County Fair, while Barbara must do her duty as a volunteer at the local hospital and Uncle Charley has seats to an LA Dodgers baseball game.

    • When Steve is entering the hallway of his workplace and the triplets are with him, listen carefully for a blooper as Fred MacMurray inadvertently calls one of the Todd triplets by his real name, when he says "Hey Mike, hold on to that for your Grand-pa will ya?"
