      • For trivia sake, the registration number to Steve Douglas' light blue Catalina station wagon is JEB-924.

      • With Steve on his way to San Francisco on business, Robbie and Katie prepare to act as surrogate parents. This episode makes it obvious the real interior of the Douglas house is different to the studio set. A shot outside the front door confirms there is a wall just in back of the main entrance. Comparing it to the set, the staircase to the upstairs second level should easily be seen.

      • Born in 1922, Paul Picerni is best known for his second banana role on the TV classic "The Untouchables" with Robert Stack. Picerni is now the father of eight and grandfather of ten and is the brother of famed Hollywood stuntman Charles Picerni. Paul's son Paul, Jr. is also a stuntman. It also appears that guest star Gina Picerni also became somewhat of a stuntman following in her brother's footsteps; she provided some stunts for the film version of "Private Benjamin" (1980).
