      • Ha! Channel: When Brinkman has a malfunction with his reciever, he says, 'I'm not getting you,' to which Tom replies, 'I'm getting the Ha! channel.' This refers to the comedy network owned by Viacom which was a rival to the Comedy Channel, owned by Time Warner, which aired MST3K. By the time this episode aired, the two networks merged to form Comedy Central, where the show would continue to air until the end of 1996.
