Girl: You read too many novels by Fleming. Tom Servo: Jerry Fleming, Ian's brother.
Mr. Thayer: Alternate vibrators! Mr. Thayer's lieutenant: Alternate vibrators inserted. Joel and Tom Servo: Hey! Crow: You can't say that!
(At Thanatos headquarters, Neil is spotted trying to sneak in by a security camera. He is seen on a moniter by one of Mr. Thayer's henchmen) Tom Servo: Double 007 is on. Joel: Turn it off.
Mr. Thayer: I want to know whether you are with me or with Alpha. Crow: Or with child.
Mr. Thayer: Its your services as a plastic surgeon I'm interested in. Neil: Why? Would you like to have your features changed? Mr. Thayer: Me? Oh no. I'm quite satisfied with my face and with my nose. Crow: Although I do weathervane in high wind.
Mr. Thayer: Ships, planes, guns, tanks, armaments; everything metal... Crow: Must be sold! Mr. Thayer: ...will become a useless lump of metal. Tom Servo: Oh, and forks!
Alpha: Gentlemen... Crow: I prefer blondes.
(A doctor begins to ask Neil a question in a foreign language.) Tom Servo: Huh? Crow: He's asking when the buffet starts.
(Miss Yashuko's face is unwrapped and shown to have completely recovered from the awful burns she had received) Crow: Now Michael Jackson's journey is complete!
Neil: (Refering to Miss Yashuko's burnt face) When I saw this girl's condition... Tom Servo: I heaved.
(There is a close-up on one of the women dressed in a sailor outfit.) Joel: You know, suddenly I'm hungry for Cracker Jacks and I don't know why.
Repeated joke: The gang keeps making a joke about the other characters and the "bond girls" wanting Neil's Brother's Autograph. His brother of course is Sean Connery, the original James Bond.
Despite starring Lois Maxwell (the original Miss Moneypenny) and the first actor to play M, all of the actors are called by their real life names (Miss Maxwell instead of Moneypenny and Neil Connery is called Dr. Connery throughout the entire film). Only Adolfo Celi seems to have an actual character name.
In a scene where there is a submarine in view, Crow says "It's Red October. Hi Sean!" This is a reference to the movie The Hunt for Red October which starred Sean Connery as the captain of the titular sub.
At one point, Mr. Thayer says "Gentlemen, I shall begin by saying these are all just small scale experiments." Joel and the bots reply to this by saying "These are all just small scale experiments." This is an allusion to a running gag found in the movie Airplane! In the movie Airplane, one character would say to someone else "Let's say...". After finishing his line, both characters would repeat what he just said.
Poor Jud Fry is dead. After Neil kills an overweight attacker in a fight, Tom Servo sings "Poor Jud Fry is dead!" This is a song from the musical Oklahoma!
Hooray for Santy Claus! During the song at the beginning of the movie, Joel and the bots sing "Hooray for Santy Claus!" This was the theme song to the movie Santa Claus Versus the Martians, a movie they riffed on in the third season.
