This episode is where the phrase 'Hi-Keeba!' was first heard. It was said by the character Red Bradley before he did a pratfall. The phrase would be used by Joel and the 'bots from Season Two until Joel left the show.
(Admiral King listens to the tape from the wreckage of Cosmos III) Joel: Yeah, Crow, sounds like one of the more boring episodes of Prarie Home Companion, huh? Crow: Yeah, let's get it on tape.
(Chief is attacked by a spider) Tom: Oh, my God, how horrible to be killed by a plush toy!
Bradley: There's one thing that puzzles me, Doc. Crow: Fractions!
Linda: You're a good man, Charles. Crow: Brown.
Crow: Oh, no! We're being attacked by stock footage of a lizard!
Tom: Tang - I'm not just for breakfast anymore.

This is actually the last produced episode of the season. The reason it was given this production number is because Best Brains skipped number 104, because they could not get the rights to a film for that week, and went back to the number at the end of the season.
J. Elvis Weinstein's last appearance as Dr. Erhardt, and his last episode as the voice of Tom Servo. He did not return for the second season.
