Sometimes I wonder where the mythbusters come up with these myths. I mean some of them I have heard (you can't teach an old dog new tricks, pop rocks and soda, etc) but some I have never heard of. I think that the guys just like pushing the envelope. This is one of those episodes. The brown note. The idea that there is a certain frequency of sound that is inaudible, but when the waves hit a person they lose control of their bowels. I think that this myth was tested just so the mythbusters could wear depends on camera.moreless

A very revealing episode - I was very surprised at the torture!

If you ever find yourself undergoing Chinese water torture while listening to really high frequency sounds and while getting shot at then this is the MythBusters for you!

I wasn't surprised at all when they couldn't get the pig carcass or Buster to fly backwards after getting shot because I knew all about that particular law-of-physics first.

Seeing Adam trying to soil himself was very entertaining - and slightly disturbing!

But I was very surprised at what happened to Kari while undergoing the Chinese water torture - I thought that she would just get very agitated, not burst into tears and everything! That surprised me a lot!

All-in-all a good episode! 8.5moreless
