    From Wikipedia

Christine, however, left the show at the end of the second season "for love", according to the producer.

Toward the end of season two, Scottie Chapman left the show so that she could both pursue her true passion: metal working and, in her words, "Have a life."

Wow it's nice to see people who don't let a little spot light got to their heads, and are willing to walk away instead for teying to cling to a little fame like some people who shal remain nameless like those people who go on those Real World Challenge shows.

Real World shows piss me off. Its like they find the biggest dips and asses to put on, then they try to cling to every last ounce of fame that they ever would have.

It would be cool to see them both come back every now and again to challenge their replacements.

Is it sad or bad that I barely remember them and/or didn't even notice they were gone?

Scottie returned for the "Super Sized" Episode to help cut a box-car in half for a ramp. It was good to see her again. But do I live in a cave...I have no idea who Christy is. I watched the show (and reruns) regularly. Any help?

Yep, it was good to see scottie again. She was always my favorite of the build team.
Christy was a "Mythtern". Her most memorable moment was when she got burned with molten sugar during the Exploding JawBreaker myth.

Just DVR's the Jawbreaker episode and watched it again. I had totally forgoten about Christy. Weird. It was also weird to see Kari and Tori just milling around in the background. They were on camera for maybe 15 seconds tops and weren't really a part of the myhbusting, just helpers in building some things. I didn't realize how much the show had changed.

Yeah, I had no idea it was Kari that did the 'rear imprint' for the airplane toilet seat suction myth in probably one of the pilot episodes. Also I missed Scottie, but Grant comes in and more than fills her spot. I just totally love his endless robot creations And lol Tori is becoming too much like Adam in doing the crazy stunts. The current 3 can at least continue on the show should Adam and Jamie ever decide to leave or retire.
