Nanaka Kirisato is a seventeen-year-old high school student who is serious about her studies and is very cold and distant. She always criticizes her best friend, Nenji Nagihara, for being a childish delinquent who spends his time fighting and not studying or caring about his future. However, Nanaka wasn't always this way, and everyone is about to be reminded of that when one day something shocking happens! After an argument with Nenji, Nanaka falls off a flight of stairs in the rain and suffers a brain injury. Now, Nanaka has the mind of her six-year-old self! Nanaka's father, Taizo Kirisato, and Nenji must keep her injury a secret as she struggles to live a normal life and grow up all over again! But this time, Will things turn out differently?
