Goof: When Obito starts beating the Ninja that's on the ground, we see Rin's corpse not too far away, but soon after in the wider shots, her body is gone.
Goof: When Kurama swaps with Naruto and speaks using his body, his lips don't move. In the manga, it was shown that when Kurama speaks using Naruto's body, his lips do, in fact, move.
Before the final flashback showing Itachi taking down the wild boar, Itachi has Sasuke's sword in his right hand, yet after the flashback, the sword is gone and Sasuke doesn't have it either.
Both Utakata and Isobu the Three-Tails acknowledge having met Naruto in the anime due to their respective filler arcs. This did not happen in the manga due to Naruto having never met either of them.

It is revealed in this episode that every Tailed Beast has a name, though most humans do not learn them. The Four-Tails' name is revealed to be Son Goku and the Nine-Tails' name is revealed to be Kurama. Along with Shukaku, this marks three Tailed Beasts who have had their names mentioned at some point in the series.
Part of this episode is a filler due to Naruto seeing Utakata and having a talk in spirit. This does not happen in the manga seeing how the Six-Tails Jinchuriki arc is an anime filler only.
At one point during the fight, Madara's left eye is showing the Rinnegan, but soon goes back to the Sharingan.

In the manga, Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji lead Asuma's attacks to destroy one of Kakuzu's hearts. In this episode, Temari destroys one of the hearts instead.
