When Naruto attaches himself to the wall after throwing the 3 shuriken at Neji, he launches himself off the wall towards Neji. When he does this, Neji throws 6 shuriken at Naruto and Naruto dodges. Naruto dodging while in the air is impossible, even with the Kyuubi's power, since he has nothing to push off of. In the manga (chapter 104), they show this scene with Naruto still stuck to the wall until after Neji throws the shuriken, then Naruto dodges after pushing himself to the right using the wall.
When Naruto fights Neji in Kyuubi mode, at one point after they clash and land on the ground, skidding away from each other, Naruto uses the kunai in his hand to help him stop sliding by stabbing it into the ground. Yet when we see a shot of him after the dust settles, there is no mark in the ground from the kunai.
Near the beginning of the episode when we see Naruto and Neji from the eye of the bird in the tree watching them, look at Naruto's blue weapons pouch. Naruto always wears this on his right leg. But in the reflection, he's wearing it on his left leg.
The proctor was saying that Naruto's determination and a mean left hook led him to victory, When in reality naruto won using an uppercut not a left hook
The dub made a mistake by saying Naruto failed the graduation test 3 times because of the Shadow Clone Jutsu. It was the regular Clone Jutsu he missed, as stated properly in the manga and japanese version, not the Shadow Clone Jutsu.
While Naruto's face is being healed by Kyubi's power, we see the marks that are on his face disappear, only to reappear again.
After Naruto draws out the Kyuubi's power, he is covered in a red glow. During the fight for one second the glow is gone, then back again.
While Hinata is being healed, we see the marks that are on her face disappear, only to reappear again.
Naruto: (Speaking to Neji after the fight) So don't come whining to me about this destiny stuff. Stop trying to tell me you can't change what you are. You can do it too, because, unlike me, you're not a failure.
Genma: (Thinking) He never lost his faith in his ability to win. Naruto knows instinctively that believing in yourself can give you the power to change your destiny.
Naruto: So what about it? Big deal!
Neji: You worthless little..
Naruto: Man, you think you've got troubles? I've got news for you Neji, you're not the only special one around here.
Neji: You impudent little brat. Why waste my breath explaining it to you? We are all given a destiny at birth, and it is pointless to fight against it.
Neji: It's your destiny to lose to me.
Naruto: Oh yeah? We won't know that until you beat me.
Genma: The power to believe in yourself, that will become the power to change fate.
~Japanese version
Naruto: Let's go!
Neji: (Thinking) It's wrapping around him! Is this really chakra?
~Japanese version
Tenten: (Thinking) There isn't a genin alive who can beat Neji. But still, I've gotta give you credit Naruto...you came closer than anyone ever has.
Neji: Why fight a futile battle trying to defy your destiny?
Naruto: Because people called me a failure... I'm going to prove them wrong!
Neji: (Neji comes up to a shadow clone who he thinks it's the real Naruto) Sorry, this is reality. You're a failure. This match is over... (The real Naruto comes from underground and punches Neji) I can't move!
Naruto: Okay, you! I hear you like close combat, huh? (Naruto charges toward Neji)
Third Hokage: No question, it's the chakra of the Nine-Tailed Fox... But, when did this boy learn how to harness its strength?
Neji: What?! It can't be...where is he getting all this chakra from?!?!
Naruto: Okay stinkin' fox, if you're there, give me your strength!
Tenten: (Thinking) Just as I thought, no genin can defeat Neji. But Naruto, you were amazing! You made Neji get serious.
~Japanese version
Naruto: Shit fox, lend me your power!
~Japanese version
Naruto: Unlike me, you're not a dropout.
~Japanese version
Naruto: After I become Hokage, I'll change the Hyuuga clan for you!
~Japanese version
Neji: You have no idea what it's like to carry such a seal!
(Naruto remembers being shunned because of Kyubi)
Naruto: No, I know. So what?
~Japanese version
Neji: Why do you fight against your fate that hard?
Naruto: Because...you called me a dropout.

In a stunning turnaround, Naruto prevailed over Neji, thus advancing himself further.
When Neji saw Kyubi's Chakra flowing through Naruto's body, he also saw the chakra form an image that looked like Kyubi.
When he releases his hands, there are nine strings of red-orange chakra, just like Kyubi.
This is the second time Naruto consciously draws out Kyubi's power. The first being episode 56.
When Kyubi's chakra is surrounding Naruto, it looks similar to Goku's Kaioken from another anime series, Dragonball Z.
