During the Hinata's flashback, Naruto says Shadow Clone Jutsu, then two copies appear, but are useless. In the Japanese version, he says Bunshin No Jutsu which is ordinary clones, not Shadow Clone. Naruto is unable to do Clone Jutsu, but can easily do Shadow Clone.
At the beginning, right after Hayate announced the next fight, they showed the people left watching upstairs. If you look closely, Neji Hyuuga is nowhere in sight.
When Shikamaru first catches Kin with his Shadow Imitation Jutsu, she is too far from the wall for her to hit her head on. Before throwing the shurikens at each other, Shikamaru has not moved and neither has Kin, yet after Shikamaru throws the shurikens, we see that Kin is now close enough to the wall to hit her head on it.
When Rock Lee is cheering for Tenten, he is on Naruto's left side and Shikamaru is on Naruto's right. But after Naruto's name appears on the screen for the next battle, Rock Lee is on his right crying. Even after climbing back up the stairs, Rock Lee would have still been on Naruto's left.
When Temari attacks Tenten with her whirlwind attack, Tenten starts to fly backwards, off the ground. But when the camera shifts, Tenten is standing straight up in the same position as before the attack.

In episode 33, Ino's Mind Transfer Jutsu seems to look different than it does now. Back in that episode, the jutsu was simply a sort of blacklight-color image. But now, the animation for the jutsu is a blue ray.
When Sakura and Ino do the final punch and it shows both their headbands falling off, but when it shows them lying on the ground, it only shows Sakura's headband on the floor, but then Ino's headband appears next to her in the next scene.
Kakashi's legs are unusually thin when we see him congratulating Sasuke.
When Kakashi talked to Sasuke, he didn't have a weapon/scroll pouch on his hip, but when they were showing the people in the upper deck, Kakashi suddenly had a pouch.
Look at Orochimaru closely in one of the scenes. He is wearing a Leaf headband when it should by a Sound headband.
In one of the scenes where The Hokage is explaining about the Third Exam, Sakura's hair is long. A few scenes later, she has her current short hair.
When Iruka is telling Team 7 that they had found out the secret of the scrolls, the symbol on Sasuke's shirt disappears. However, a few seconds later, it is back.
In the scene where Sasuke is thinking about how surprising it is that Naruto still has the stamina to punch the Rain ninja, the leaf symbol on his headband is much smaller than it usually is. In the next shot, it is back to normal.
How does Sakura know what a bus is if they don't exist in the Naruto universe?
